精神分裂症缓解期患者健康促进行为水平与社会支持的关系

目的了解精神分裂症缓解期患者健康促进行为水平的现状及其与社会支持的相关性,以期为采取针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法 2011年6-8月,采用自制问卷对在台州市第二人民医院精神科住院的102例精神分裂症缓解期患者进行调查。结果精神分裂症缓解期患者健康促进行为水平总得分为0～170分,平均(105.08±21.25)分,102例患者中,健康促进行为水平差者20例(19.6%),一般54例(52.9%),良好27例(26.5%),优秀1例(1.0%)。患者社会支持总分为(33.85±7.35)分,其中客观支持为(8.16±2.62)分、主观支持为(18.15±4.67)分、社会支持的利用度为(7.18±2.58)分。精神分裂症患者健康行为总分以及6个维度与社会支持总分及3个维度均呈正相关。结论精神分裂症缓解期患者的健康行为水平不甚理想,社会支持度不高,医护人员及患者家属应重视社会支持对患者健康促进行为水平的影响,采取针对性的干预措施,提高患者的生活质量。

Correlation between Health Promotion Behavior and Social Support for Schizophrenia Patients in Remission Stage

Objective To investigate the correlation between health promotion behavior and social support for schizophrenia patients in remission stage,with a view to providing the evidence for specilized countermeasures.Methods From June to August 2011,102 chizophrenia patients in remission stage in the hospital were surveyed with a self-designed questionnaire.Results For schizophrenia patients in remission stage,the total score was 0-170,with a mean score of 105.08±21.25.Of the 102 patients involved,20（19.6%） cases were scored as poor,54（52.9%） as general,27（26.5%） as fine and 1（1.0%） as excellent.The total score of social support was 33.85±7.35,of which objective support,supervisor support,and social support utilization rate were 8.16±2.62,18.15±4.67 and 7.18±2.58,respectively.The total score of healthy behavior of schizophrenia patients and the six dimensions were positively correlated with their social support and the three dimensions.Conclusion For schizophrenia patients in remission stage,their health behavior and social support were far from satisfaction.Medical staff and patients families should attach focus upon the effect of social support on their health promotion behavior,and take targeted interventions to improve patients’ quality of life.
