医院实施临床路径的问题与对策

本文运用文献查阅和专家咨询等方法,指出我国临床路径现阶段中制度不够完善、科室积极性不高、患者认识不到位、软件系统支持不到位、病种数量多与变异大等问题,提出应当建立健全相应的制度体系、提高科室实施临床路径的积极性、加强对患者的教育宣传、加快医院信息化建设进程、突出重点病种和关注主要的变异等对策,为临床路径开展提供借鉴.

Problems of Application of Clinical Pathway in the Hospital and Countermeasures

The article used the methods of literature review and consulting to study the current situation and problems of clinical pathways, and pointed out that the current system is not perfect enough. The enthusiasm of departments is not high, the patients＇awareness does not reach the designated position, the software system is not supportive enough, the amount of diseases is quantitative and variation is diversified. The author put forward that we should establish and perfect relevant system, stimulate the activity of conducting clinical pathways in hospital, enhance the education towards patients, speed up the revolution of hospital information, stick out key diseases and focus on main variation, so as to the implementation of clinical pathway in China.
