| 摘 要： | 目的探讨方言交流在优质护理服务示范病房中的应用效果。方法通过个人加强方言学习、科室组织方言考核,将方言交流融入到护理实践的各个环节,对实施方言交流前后患者满意度和健康教育知晓率进行比较。结果实施方言交流后,患者满意度与健康教育知识知晓率均有显著性提高,与实施前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在优质护理服务示范病房中实施方言交流,有利于提高患者满意度和健康教育知晓率,提高护理服务质量,值得临床科室推广实施。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of dialect exchange in orthopedic quality nursing demonstration wards. Methods Through enhancing individual dialect training and dialect assessment of the department, dialect exchange melded into all aspects of nursing practice and other aspects. The satisfaction rate and awareness rate of health education were compared before and after the implementation of dialect exchange. Results After implementation of the dialect exchange,orthopedic patients＇ satisfaction and health education awareness were significantly increased （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Dialect exchange in orthopedic quality nursing demonstration wards helps improve patient＇s satisfaction and health education awareness,improve nursing service quality, which deserves further clinical application. |
