目的探讨新形势下应对非战争军事行动的军队卫勤人员能力培养途径。方法着眼非战争军事行动卫勤保障特点,探讨新军事变革条件下军队卫勤人员能力培养及注意事项。结果通过灾害医学教育、卫生防疫教育、信息技能教育提升军队卫勤人员的卫勤机动能力、综合救治能力、心理救援能力、装备使用能力和联合指挥能力。结论军队卫勤人员要针对非战争军事行动卫勤保障的特点与规律,坚持以任务保障为牵引,立足实际,全面提升综合保障能力。

Characteristics of Medical Support of Non-war Military Operation and Military Medical Personnel Cultivation

Objective To explore the military medical personnel cultivation in the new era to cope with the non-war military operation.Methods Focusing on the features of medical support of non-war military operation,the methods and precautions in military medical personnel cultivation were discussed.Results The mobile medical service ability,synthetic treatment ability,psychological rescue ability,equipment utilization ability and composite command ability of the military medical service personnel were promoted by disaster medicine education,sanitation and epidemic prevention education and information technology education.Conclusion The military health service personnel should focus on the characteristics and rules of non-war military medical service,insist on mission insurance,base on own reality and improve the synthetic service ability.
