胃癌细胞中Caspase-3表达及其临床病理意义

目的探讨胃癌细胞中caspase-3的表达情况及其临床病理意义。方法采用分光光度法检测未经化、放疗治疗、手术切除的51例胃癌标本内caspase-3活性。结果检测到高caspase-3活性者24例。胃癌细胞内高caspase-3活性与淋巴结转移阴性及TNM分期的早期显著相关（χ2=19.456,P〈0.001;χ2=12.515,P〈0.001）,但与组织分化程度无关（χ2=3.547,P〉0.05）。结论激活型caspase-3阳性表达与早期胃癌、无淋巴结转移及良好预后相关,其相关意义有待进一步研究。

Expressions of Caspase-3 and Its Clinicopathologic Implication in Gastric Carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the caspase-3 activity and its clinicopathologic significance in gastric carcinoma.Methods The caspase-3 activity was investigated using a spectrometric method in 51 gastric carcinoma samples obtained by resection without the history of chemo-radiation therapy.Results High caspase-3 activity was detected in 24 samples.The upregulation of caspase-3 activity was significantly related to the early stage and negativity of lymph node metastasis in the gastric carcinoma cells(χ2=19.456,P<0.001;χ2=12.515,P<0.001),and not related with the differentiation degree(χ2=3.547,P>0.05).Conclusion The upregulated expression of caspase-3 in gastric carcinomas is related with early stage of gastric carcinomas,no positive lymphatic metastasis and favourable prognosis.The underlying relationship and clinicopathologic significance requires further research.
