新生儿不同部位经皮检测胆红素与血清胆红素的对比分析

目的探讨新生儿不同部位经皮检测胆红素与血清胆红素的差异,指导临床选择合适的检测部位。方法采用同期标准对照的方法,对250例新生儿分别于前额、左右两侧脸颊部、前胸等部位经皮检测胆红素,并与血清总胆红素测定值进行比较。结果前额和前胸两部位测得的胆红素值均低于血清总胆红素值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);左右两侧脸颊部所测得的胆红素值与血清总胆红素值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论左右两侧脸颊部测得的胆红素与血清总胆红素值最接近,是经皮检测胆红素的首选部位。

Comparative Analysis of Transcutaneous Bilirubin Measured and Serum Bilirubin at Different Parts

Objective To investigate the difference between transcutaneous bilirubin and serum bilirubin measured at different parts,and to guide the clinical selection of Appropriate testing site. Methods In 250 cases of neonate,concurrent control methods were compared with transcutaneous bilirubin and serum total bilirubin measured at four parts of the forehead, both sides of the cheek and chest. Results The level of transcutaneous bilirubin at the forehead and chest were significantly lower than serum total bilirubin（P〈 0.01）. Comparison of the measured transcutaneous bilirubin and serum total bilirubin at left and right sides of the cheek showed no statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Left and right sides of the cheek is the most appropriate testing site for transcutaneous bilirubin measurement where and level of serum total bilirubin is most close to that of transcutaneous bilirubi.
