国内外医院床位资源变化比较

我国大型医院床位规模不断扩张,在满足社会公众日益增长的卫生服务需求的同时,也引起了卫生政策制订者和医院管理者对医疗资源配置和规模经济等问题的思考。本文以国内外文献资料为基础,对国内医院床位增长的模式进行梳理,归纳国内医院床位增长常见的原地扩建、迁址新建、建立分院、联盟协作、兼并重组、纵向结合六种模式,并与国外医院情况进行比较,为探索我国医院床位增长的适宜模式打下基础。

Comparison of Bed Volume Changes between Hospitals in China and Abroad

Bed volume in large hospitals are continuously enlarging these years in China,which meets people＇s increasing health care need,and leads to policy makers and hospital managers thinking about topics on medical resource allocation and economics of scale.Based on literature review and existing research results,this paper describes the common six patterns of hospital volume expansion in China,including expansion at original site,expansion at new site,opening branch,united into a federal union,annexation and reorganization,vertical integration,and comparing with hospitals abroad,which will contribute to further research on optimal pattern of hospital volume enlarging in China.
