| 摘 要： | 目的解决人工窗口办卡、充值时的患者排队问题。方法基于门、急诊部实施的储值就诊卡系统流程及工作模式,设计实现基于二代身份证的储值就医卡自助办理及充值系统。结果该系统的应用消除了人工窗口办卡、充值时的患者排队现象。结论该系统的实施应用显著提高了医疗工作效率。

| Abstract: | Objective To settle the waiting problem of patients at the medical card transaction and deposit counters.Methods Based on flow and work mode of rechargeable-prepaid medical card system in clinic and emergency department,the self-service transaction and deposit system of medical card based on the second-generation ID card was designed and realized.Results Waiting for edical card transaction and deposit of the patietns was avoided.Conclusion Application of the system significanlty raises the efficiency of the medical service. |
