Medical Quality Management Process and Characteristics of Digital Hospital

Objective To construct the medical quality management process model in the digital hospital. Methods The medical quality management process model in the digital hospital was established by systematic modeling method according to the medical and hospitalization processes of the patients. Results The medical quality management process model of the digital hospital was composed of emergency and clinic monitoring,inhospital monitoring,outhospital monitoring and comprehensive information monitoring,which was implemented by different softwares. Conclusion The medical quality management process model of the digital hospital can fulfill the whole process of,real time,and the full range of medical quality management,which is useful to strengthen the medical quality management and promote the medical service level.
