Ten Projects for Serving the Army

The hospital＇s staff has always been adhering to the principle of ＂by the Army and for the Ar- my＂. Through giving full play to the specialties and advantages of this affiliated hospital of military medical univer- sity, the hospital＇s management has prompted the full implementation of the ＂10 - 1＂ project for military service. The hospital＇s staff has further enhanced a sense of service for the troops, and the hospital＇s quality of service and performance has continued to improve in military service. There has not been admission delay and expenditure limi- tation for uniformed patients, or complaint from them, and the overall satisfaction of uniformed patients on the hos- pital reached 99%. Therefore, the ＂10 - 1＂ project plays an important role in protecting the health of the uni- formed and veterans and consolidating and improving the performance of the troops.
