| 摘 要： | 为探讨军队编制体制时期军队疗养院的建设与发展,本文阐述疗养院要明确疗养院功能定位,充分发挥疗养院职能;适应市场转变观念,坚持改革创新发展;树立人才为本思想,加强人才队伍建设;加强疗养学科建设,发展特色专科群体。为新时期疗养院的建设与发展提供经验。

| Abstract: | It is expounded in this article that the function orientation military sanatorium should be defined clearly,the function of the military sanatorium should be exerted plentifully;adapting to the market and changing the idea,abiding the regenerating,innovating and developing;reinforcing the thought of the talented person as the fundamentality,strengthening the talented person troops construction;strengthening the subject construction of the military sanatorium,developing the characteristic special department colony.The experiences should be helpful to the construction and the development of military sanatorium. |
