| 摘 要： | 探讨肝胆外科专科医院进修生的临床带教经验。结合长期的进修生培养工作,就教学医院进修生培养总结归纳以下经验:充分了解进修生的特点;加强岗前培训;加强三基培养;开展问题式教学,进行循证医学实践;培养良好的医德医风,提高医患沟通能力;加强考核,严格管理。 |
