摘    要:目的探讨精细化管理在门诊静脉输液安全防范流程中的应用效果。方法学习精细化管理的相关理论知识,应用根本原因分析法分析以往静脉输液发生的问题,制定各环节安全防范流程;进行培训与考核后,实施并评价其效果。结果精细化管理实施后各环节输液护理缺陷发生明显降低,与实施前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);患者对输液工作的满意度由82%上升到98%。结论精细化管理在门诊静脉输液安全防范流程中的应用,能指导和帮助护士有效规避护理不良事件的发生,保障患者的输液安全,增加护士落实安全防范工作的责任心,促进护理质量的提高和护患关系的改善。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the application effects of fine management in outpatient transfusion in building safety prevention process.Methods Learning relevant theoretical knowledge of the fine management;Using method of the root cause analysis to analyze a series of previous problems of intravenous infusion;Making every link security process;Training and assessment;Implementation of evaluation.Results The nursing defects in outpatient transfusion was significantly lower than the group before implementation of fine management(P〈0.01).Patients’ satisfaction on infusion increased from 82% to 98%.Conclusion Application of fine management in outpatient intravenous infusion safety procedures can guide and help nurses to avoid nursing defects effectively,ensure the patients’ intravenous infusion safety,increase the nurses’ responsibility to implement safety guard against work and promote the improvement of the quality of nursing care and a harmonious relationship.
