通脉益智方对高同型半胱氨酸血症血管性痴呆大鼠行为学的影响

摘    要:目的探讨通脉益智方对高同型半胱氨酸血症(hyperhomocysteinemia,HHcy)血管性痴呆(vascular de-mentia,VD)大鼠行为的影响。方法建立HHcy VD大鼠动物实验模型;随机分为空白对照组、假手术组、HHcy VD组、叶酸干预组、通脉益智方组;给药结束后行Morris水迷宫实验检测大鼠认知行为学改变。结果与空白对照组比较,HHcy VD组大鼠逃避潜伏期明显延长(P〈0.05),平均探索次数显著减少(P〈0.05);与HHcy VD组比较,叶酸干预组、通脉益智方组大鼠逃避潜伏期明显缩短(P〈0.05),平均探索次数显著增加(P〈0.05)。结论通脉益智方可以改善高同型半胱氨酸血症VD大鼠的学习记忆能力和认知行为。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Tongmai Yizhi Tang on the behavior of rats with hyperhomocystein(HHcy) and vascular dementia(VD).Methods The high homocysteine vascular dementia experimental models of rats were established and then randomly divided into five groups including the blank control group,the sham-operated group,the HHcy VD group,the folic acid group and the Tongmai Yizhi Tang group.The changes of the cognitive behavior of the rats after drug administration were tested by Morris water maze.Results Compared with the blank control group,escape incubation period in the HHcy VD group was significantly longer(P<0.05),average exploration number was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the HHcy VD group,the escape incubation period was significantly reduced in the folic acid group and Tongmai Yizhi Tang group(P<0.05) and the average number of exploration was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongmai Yizhi Tang can effectively improve the learning and memory ability and the cognitive behavior of the homocysteine VD rats.
