综合康复干预对喉切除患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨综合康复干预对喉切除术后患者生活质量的影响。方法按随机数字表法将2007年1月至2009年12月在金华市中心医院行喉切除术的100例住院患者分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采取综合康复干预。比较两组患者干预后15d的自我护理能力得分、言语流利度、进食误吸度、生活质量及特质应对方式得分等。结果观察组患者的自我护理能力得分、言语流利度、进食误吸度及生活质量均优于对照组(均P<0.01);在特质应对方式方面,观察组较对照组患者更多地采取积极的应对方式(P<0.01)。结论综合康复干预的实施对提高喉切除患者的生活质量有积极影响。

Effects of Synthetical Rehabilitation Intervention on Life Quality of Patients with Laryngectomy

Objective To explore the effect of synthetical rehabilitation intervention for the life quality of patients with laryngectomy.Methods From January 2007 to December 2009,100 patients with laryngectomy were randomly divided into control group（n=50） and observational group（n=50）.All the patients underwent the routine nursing.Then the patients in the observational group adopted synthetical rehabilitation intervention.Comparisons were conduced on the scores of self-care ability,verbal fluency,eating aspiration degree,the quality of life and trait coping style 15 days after intervention between the two groups.Results The scores of self-care ability,verbal fluency,eating aspiration degree and the quality of life were higher in the observational group than in the control group（P〈0.01）;in trait coping style,more pateints took active coping style in the observational group compared with the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Synthetical rehabilitation intervention plays a positive role in improving the life quality of patients with laryngectomy.
