浅谈疼痛学科的定位和发展

目的探讨疼痛学科的定位和未来发展方向,以促进学科的健康发展。方法通过对疼痛学科的发展和现状进行分析,阐述目前哪种学科定位有利于学科的发展及今后学科的走向。结果疼痛学科独立有利于学科的长足发展。但目前从事疼痛学的专家,大多数是某一学科的带头人,兼职从事疼痛学科的工作,而专门从事疼痛研究和治疗的人才,远不能满足学科发展的需要。结论目前学科定位在多学科协作,共同参与疼痛的研究,疼痛的诊断和治疗的非独立学科,有利于调动兼职从事疼痛工作人员的积极性。未来疼痛学科将会向着学科独立化、医研一体化、治疗普及化的方向发展。

TALK ABOUT THE ORIENTATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF ALGESIC STUDY

Objective: To research the orientation and developmental direction of algesic study and promote its development in future healthily. Metods: The actuality and development of algesic study were analyzed to explain which kind of orientation of algesic study is propoer for its development. Results: The independence of algesic study is in favor of its further development. At present, however, most experts who are angaged in algesic study are heads of sems subject and view the work of the study as a part - time job; at the same time talent who specialized in algesie study and therapy is far less than need. Conclusion: The research, diagnosis and treatment of algesic should be completed by the cooperation of multi-subject, which is in favor of boosting enthusiasm of those experts who view the work of the study as a part-time job. In the future algesic study will be developed along the direction of study imdependence, treatment-research integration and remedial treatment prevalence.
