| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨一种新的三叉神经痛的治疗方法。方法：对35例老年患者采用穿刺冷冻针进行神经孔内冷冻治疗。结果：随访30例，其中25例病人效果满意。结论：该方法创伤小、并发症少、效果可靠，可用于治疗原发性三叉神经痛老年患者。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore a new treatment of gerocomy patient with trigeminal neuralgia. Method: Puncture-cryotherapy was used to treat 35 gerocomy patient with trigeminal neuralgia. Results: The effect of the treatment of 25patients out of 30 patients was satisfactory. Conclusions: Puncture-cryotherapy is an effective way of treating gerocomypatient with trigeminal neuralgia with less wound and less complication. |
