| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨盐酸山莨菪碱 (6 5 4 2 )和地塞米松 (DXM)鞘内注射对蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)后脑血管痉挛 (VSP)的疗效。方法 :对 16例SAH的病人鞘内注射 6 5 4 2 +DXM ,与常规治疗组对比并进行随访观察。结果 :治疗组全部病人经鞘内注射治疗后 ,症状减轻 ,无死亡 ,且随访未发现迟发性脑血管痉挛 (DCVS)及交通性脑积水 ,明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :鞘内注射6 5 4 2 +DXM是治疗SAH后VSP一种安全可靠的方法

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of intrathecal injection of anisodamine (654 2) and dexamethasone (DXM) in the treatment of cerebral vasospasm (VSP) after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Methods: 654 2 + DXM was injected in 16 patients intrathecally. They compared with the conventional control group and were followed up. Results: The symptoms of all the patients improved in the treatment group and none of them died, and no delayed cerebral vasospasm (DCVS) or communicating hydrocephalus was found. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion: The intrathecal injection of 654 2 + DXM is a safe and reliable method in the treatment of VSP after SAH.
