手传振动对凿岩工人精液质量的影响

目的探讨手传振动对凿岩工人精子质量的影响。方法以某煤矿60名井下凿岩工人为研究对象。对照组为同一环境下60名男性非接振工人（井下运输工、维修工），分别测定两组工人精浆中精子的密度、活动力、活动率、畸形率；通过去透明带仓鼠卵-精子穿透试验和精子低渗膨胀试验评价精子的受精能力。结果与对照组相比较，实验组精浆中精子的活动力、活动率、卵子受精率及低渗肿胀率呈显著降低，有统计学差异（P〈0．01），精子的畸形率明显升高，有统计学差异（P〈0．01），精子的密度无显著性差异。结论手传振动可降低凿岩工人精子的活动力、活动率和卵子受精率及低渗肿胀率，增加精子的畸形率，从而影响精子质量。

Effects of Hand Transmitted Vibrations on Sperm Quality in Coal Mine Drillers

Objective To study the effects of hand transmitted vibrations on sperm quality in coal mine drillers. Methods The count, motility , percentage of motile and morphology of sperm in semen were measured and analyzed in 60 coal mine drillers. Through zona -free hamster oocyte test （ZHOT） and hypoosmotic swelling test （HOS） to valuate the oocyte penetrating rate and hypoosmotic swelling rate. Results Compared with Compared groups, the coal drillers expoured to vibration the motility , percentage of motile , the oocyte penetrating and hypoosmotic swelling rate of sperm were much lower, the morphology rate were much higher, there were significant differences（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The hand transmitted vibration of coal mine drillers resulted the motility , percentage of motile , the oocyte penetrating rate and hypoosmotic swelling rate in semen significant lower, the morphology rate in semen were significant higher, thereby affect the sperm quality.
