微波联合爱宝疗治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床观察

目的探讨微波联合爱宝疗在慢性宫颈炎治疗中的疗效。方法150例慢性宫颈炎患者，中度86例，重度64例，随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组75例接受微波和爱宝疗治疗，用微波治疗后3d，将爱宝疗栓1片隔日1次放置阴道后穹隆，24d为l疗程，3个月后评价疗效。对照组75例仅给予微波治疗。结果术后4周两组总有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．50），术后8周两组患者总有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．50），观察组术后4周与术后8周总有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．50），对照组术后4周与术后8周总有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．50）。结论微波联合爱宝疗治疗慢性宫颈炎与单纯微波治疗相比，能提高治愈率，缩短治愈时间，减少不良反应。

Clinical study of microwave aibo treatment on cervicitis

Objective To investigate efficacy of the treatment of the microwave and Evedand on chronic cervicitis. Methods 150 patients with mild chronic moderate in 86 cases, severe in 64 cases, then were divided into two groups, 75 cases accepted microwave treatment, 3 day-s after treatment with microwave were placed an Aibo every other day into vaginal fornix, 24 days for treatment, after 3 months it was evaluated. The control group only accepted microwave treatment. Results The total effective rate after four weeks there was significant difference（ P 〈 0. 50）, 8 weeks after the total efficiency of the two groups were significantly different（ P 〈 0.50 ）, the observation group after 4 weeks and afler 8. The total efficiency of week was significant difference （ P 〈 0. 50 ）. There were significant differences in efficiency for the control group after 4 weeks and 8 weeks after surgery（ P 〈 0.50）. Conclusion Microwave combined wih Aibo, compaired with simply the microwave treatment, can improve the cure rate, shorten the healing time and reduce adverse reactions.
