纳米银抗菌凝胶联合安普贴治疗不可分期压疮的临床研究

目的探讨纳米银抗菌凝胶＋安普贴治疗不可分期压疮患者的临床效果。方法将90处不可分期压疮随机分成三组，均用生理盐水清洗压疮创面，实验组30处清洗后外搽纳米银抗菌，然后敷盖安普帖；对照l组30处清洗压疮创面后敷上安普帖；对照2组30处清洗创面后敷上浸有1％聚维酮碘液的纱块，然后敷盖无菌纱块。比较三组疗效。结果5项指标观察组均显著优于对照1、2组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或〈0．01）。结论纳米银抗菌凝胶＋安普贴治疗不可分期压疮患者，效果显著优于单纯安普贴换药和聚维酮碘换药。

The clinical research of nanometer silver anti - bacteria gelatin and algoplaque in treating non - staging bedsores

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of nanometer silver anti - bacteria gelatin and Algoplaque in treating patients with non - staging bedsores. Methods We divided 90 non - staging bedsores into 3 groups randomly, and cleaned all of them with normal saline. The 30 bedsores of experimental group were treated with nanometer silver anti - bacteria gelatin and Algoplaque in turn. The 30 bedsores of the first contrast group were treated with Algoplaque after they were cleaned. The 30 bedsores of the second contrast group were covered with pledgers which soaked with 1% povidone - iodine after they were cleaned, and then covered with asepsis pledgets. Results The experimental group are all preceded the control group in all of 5 indexes except the index of germicuhure notably （P 〈 0. 05 or 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The clinical effects of nanometer silver anti - bacteria gelatin and Algoplaque in treating non - staging bedsores are notably preceded by Algoplaque only and povidone -iodine only.
