中药离子导入配合短波治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床观察

目的探讨在目前常规治疗的基础上中药离子导入配合短波治疗与目前常规治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效是否存在差异性并得出结论。方法采用随机分组的方法，治疗组（30例）和对照组（29例）均采用常规治疗方法，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用中药离子导入配合短波治疗，每天1次，10次为一个疗程，2个疗程后测试相关指标。结果治疗组与对照组临床总有效率分别是86．7％和75．9％，治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组在治疗过程中无一例发生不良反应。结论在目前常规治疗的基础上采用中药离子导入配合短波治疗非酒精性脂肪肝是临床有效的方法。

The clinical observation in treating non - alcoholic fatty liver disease by traditional chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with short wave therapy

Objective To explore the routine treatment in the present on the basis of the traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis with short wave treatment compare to the routine treatment, find out the curative effect of non - alcoholic fatty liver disease whether there were differences and concluded. Methods The patients were randomized into the therapy group and the control group. The treatment group （30 cases） and control group （29 cases） all used routine treatment, the treatment group based on routine treatment with chinese traditional medicine iontophoresis and treatment with short wave therapy, once a day, 10 times for a period of treatment, after two period of treatment test related indicators. Results Treatment group and control group the total effective rate were 86. 7% and 75.9% ,the former was obviously better than latter（P 〈0. 05 ）. The treatment group in the course of treatment had not occurred in 1 harmful response. Conclusion In the current routine treatment on the basis of traditional chinese medicine iontophoresis cooperate with short wave treatment was a clinical effective method of non - alcoholic fatty liver disease.
