常见影响凝血四项检测结果的因素

目的分析影响因素与检测结果的关系，便于检测中更好的控制影响因素对试验的不良影响，提高检测数据的准确性和可靠性。方法对2011年1月～2011年3月试验用血液标本360例检测不同因素对凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间、部分凝血酶时间和纤维蛋白原的影响加以分析。结果样本血量不足与过量对凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间、部分凝血酶时间和纤维蛋白原四项均存在明显差异，溶血样本对凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间和部分凝血酶时间三项均存在明显差异，室温放置8h后，凝血酶原时间和凝血酶时间两项均存在明显差异，4℃环境温度存放8h以内凝血四项检测结果无明显差异。结论检测的质量控制是确保凝血四项检测结果准确的关键。

The common influencing factor on results of four blood coagulation index

Objective To analyze relation between the influential factors and the results of detection,control effect factors, and improve the accuracy and reliability in the testing data. Methods Tested blood specimens of 360 cases from January 2011 to March 2011 of detection of different factors on the prothrombin time,thrombin time,partial thrombin time and fibrinogen effects. Results Blood deficiency and excess were obvious difference in PT,TT,APTT and FIB. Hemolytic samples were obvious difference in PT, TTand APTT. Samples placed after eight hours in room temperature were obvious difference in PT and TT. Samples placed in 4 ℃ temperature for 8 hours had no obvious difference in four test results. Conclusion Examination quality control was a key to ensure the accuracy on detection results.
