摘    要:目的探讨中孕早期超声检查对胎儿神经系统畸形的应用价值。方法对中孕早期即12~18周进行超声检查的4150例孕妇的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果4150例产妇中经超声筛查检出并经引产证实的神经系统畸形2l例,漏诊1例脊柱裂,神经系统畸形发生率为0.53%,检出率95.65%,其中脑积水1例,脊柱裂3例,全前脑畸形3例,脑膜脑膨出畸形4例,露脑畸形5例,无脑畸形儿6例,超声与产后的诊断符合率为100%。结论中孕早期超声检查可对胎儿神经系统畸形做出正确诊断,为早期干预提供依据,同时可降低对孕妇生理、心理的伤害,对优生优育具有重要的作用。

Abstract:Objective To disscuss the ultrasound application value of nervous system malformation in the earlymiddle pregnancy.Methods The early stage of middle pregnancy to 12 - 18 weeks ultrasound examination of 4150 cases ofclinical data of pregnant women were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 4150 cases of maternal screening detected by ultrasound and confirmed by the induction of 2l cases of nervous system malformation, 1 cases of missed diagnosis of spina bifida. Nervous system malformation rate of 0.53 percent, 95.65 percent detection rate, ultrasound diagnosis and post -natal diagno- sis in line with the rate of 100%, of which six cases of anencephaly, five cases of exeneephaly, four cases of meningoencephalocele,three cases of holoprosencephaly, three cases of spina bifida, one case of hydrocephalus. Conclusion Ultrasound in early - middle pregnancy in the nervous system of fetal malformation and make the correct diagnosis so that early intervention for children deformity, reduction of maternal physical and psychological harm, birth at the same time an important and irreplaceable role.
