抗精神病药物对心电图影响及相关因素

目的探讨抗精神病药物对心电图的影响。方法回顾性分析本院636例服用抗精神病药物的住院患者的心电图变化及影响因素。结果在636例服用抗精神病药物的患者中有295例出现心电图异常。服用典型和非典型抗精神病药物、用药时间长短对心电图的影响无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。不同性别对心电图的影响差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。不同年龄、剂量对心电图的影响差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论服用典型抗精神病药物和服用非典型抗精神病药物及用药时间的长短对心电图无影响，而性别、年龄、剂量对心电图有影响。故无论服用哪类抗精神病药物都有必要监测心电图，并针对性地使用抗精神病药物。

Antipsychotic drugs on ECG and affecting factors

Objective To study the effect of antipsychotic drugs on ECG changes. Methods Retrospectivd analysis of 636 cases of antipsychotic drugs used in hospitalized patients with electrocardiographic changes and influence factors. Results In 636 patients taking antipsychotic drugs in patients with abnormal electrocardiogram in 295 cases. Taking a typical and atypical antipsychotic medication, length of time on ECG changes of no statistical significance （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Gender effects on ECG was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Different age, dose effects on ECG has obvious statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Taking typical antipsychotics and taking atypical antipsychotics compared and treatment time on the electrographic had no significant influence, gender, age, dose some statistically significant effects on ecg. Therefore, no matter take the class of antipsychotic drugs are necessary to monitor the ECG, and targeted use of antipsyehotic drugs.
