冷沉淀在大量失血患者治疗中的应用

目的探讨冷沉淀输注在大量失血患者治疗中的疗效。方法选择60例失血量超过3000ml的患者，比较分析输注冷沉淀前后凝血酶原时间（PT）、活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）、凝血酶时间（TT）、纤维蛋白原（FIB）指标的改善情况。结果60例均取得了良好的治疗效果，输注前后各观察指标差异有统计学意义。结论冷沉淀在大量失血患者的治疗中有重要作用，为大量失血的控制提供凝血基础，为患者的成功救治创造机会，可提高大量失血患者救治的成功率。

Cryoprecipitate in a large number of patients with treatment of blood loss

Objective To study the cryopreeipitate infusion in the treatment of patients with massive blood loss efficacy. Methods 60 patients of more than 3000 ml of blood loss, before and after cryoprecipitate infusion comparative analysis of prothrombin time（ PT）, were activated partial thromboplastin time（ APTT）, thrombin time（ TT）, fibrinogen （FIB） index to improve the situation. Results 60 cases had achieved good therapeutic effect, observed indicators before and ＂after infusion significantly. Conclusion Cryoprecipitate in the treatment of patients with massive loss of blood plays an important role in providing tbr the control of massive loss of blood clotting basis [br the successful treatment of patients with an opportunity for massive blood loss can improve the success rate of treatment of patients.
