间歇性白细胞去除术治疗儿童强直性脊柱炎疗效分析

目的探讨间歇性白细胞去除术治疗儿童强直性脊柱炎的治疗效果。方法20例患儿在常规治疗疗效不明显的基础上，加用间歇性白细胞去除术治疗，每次200～400ml，3～4d一次，病情稳定后，改为1～2月一次。结果20例中17例治疗后临床症状和体征明显改善，各项实验室检查指标亦同步好转。结论间歇性白细胞去除术治疗强直性脊柱炎有良好疗效。

The analysis of curative effect of intermittent white blood cells to remove art cure children ankylosing spondylitis

Objective To explore the curative effect of intermittent operation with children of white blood cells to remove ankylosing spondylitis. Methods Based on the fact that the curative effect of conventional treatment is not obvious, 20 cases used intermittent white blood cells to remove surgical treatment , from every time 200 - 400 ml, 3 to 4 days each time to 1 -2 month a time when the condition becomes stable. Results After treatment, clinical signs and symptoms are improved obviously in 17 out of 20 cases, and the laboratory index are also synchronous better. Conclusion Intermittent white blood cells to remove surgical treatment has a good curative effect on ankylosing spondylitis.
