复方地黄颗粒治疗复发性口疮42例疗效观察

目的 观察复方地黄颗粒治疗复发性口疮（RAU）的临床疗效.方法 将84例复发性口疮患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各42例.治疗组口服复方地黄颗粒;对照组口服转移因子胶囊和维生素B2、维生素C片,连续用药3周.观察两组患者治疗前后口腔黏膜溃疡、疼痛及全身症状的变化.结果 治疗组临床疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论 复方地黄颗粒治疗复发性口疮疗效优于转移因子胶囊和维生素B2、维生素C片.

Clinical curative effect of Compound Rehmannia Granule on 42 cases of recurrent aphthous ulcer

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Compound Rehmannia Granule on recurrent aphthous ulcer （RAU）. Methods 84 cases of RAU were divided randomly with the table of random number into two groups which were 42 cases in the treatment group and 42 cases in the control group ; the treatment ＇group were treated with Compound Rehmannia Granule, while the control group were treated with transfer factor capsules, vitamin B2 and vitamin C. Both groups took medicine for 3 weeks. The changes of oral ulcer, the pain and the symptom Patients of the two groups were observed. Results The therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Compound Rehmannia Granule on RAU is better than that of transfer factor capsules, vitamin B2 and vitamin C.
