摘    要:目的探讨中国被毛孢菌粉(HSFM)对小鼠抗疲劳、免疫功能的作用。方法采用负重游泳试验法测定负重游泳时间、运动后血乳酸、尿素氮的含量,观察中国被毛孢菌粉对小鼠抗疲劳作用;采用碳粒廓清法、二硝基氟苯诱导小鼠迟发型变态反应试验法测定小鼠耳肿胀度、胸腺指数及脾指数,观察中国被毛孢菌粉对免疫低下小鼠的影响。结果给予不同剂量HSFM(0.12g/kg、0.24e,/kg、0.48g/kg)20d后,能显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间,降低运动后小鼠血乳酸、血清尿素氮含量(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);HSFM(0.48g/kg)能显著增加小鼠碳廓清指数K及吞噬指数q(P〈O.01);在迟发型变态反应实验中,HSFM(0.24g/kg、0.48g/kg)能显著增加小鼠耳肿胀度、胸腺指数和脾指数(P〈0.05或P〈O.01)。结论中国被毛孢菌粉对小鼠抗疲劳和环磷酰胺引起的免疫功能低下小鼠具有一定的增强作用。

Effects of Hirsutella sinensis fermented mycelia physical fatigue and immunologic function of mice

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Hirsutella sinensis fermented mycelia (HSFM) on physical fatigue and immune function of mice. Methods Loaded - swimming test were measured the leaded - swimming time, blood lactic and urea nitrogen after exercise, observe the effect of MHCS onphysical fatigue of mice ; Carbon clearance test, dinitrofluorobenzene - induced delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH) test, they were measured the ear swelling,spleen index and thymus. To evaluate the effect of HSFM on immunosuppressed of mice. Results Administered different did of the test substance after 20 days, (0. 12 g/kg,0. 24 g/kg,0.48 g/kg) HSFM could significantly extend the loaded - swimming time,reducing blood lactic acid and urea nitrogen concentration after exercise in mice (P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). (0. 48 g/kg)HSFM increased the K and a indices in carbon clearance test( P 〈 0.01 ), It was also found that (0. 24 g/kg ,0.48 g/kg)HSFM enhanced murine ear swelling, spleen index and thymus in immunosuppressed mice ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion HSFM significantly improved physical fatigue and immunologic function of immunosuppressed mice.
