产科会阴侧切伤口愈合不良的原因分析及防治措施

目的 探讨产科会阴侧切伤口愈合不良的原因及其对策.方法 选取2007年1月～2011年1月于本院进行会阴侧切生产的1410例产妇为研究对象,将其中的切口愈合不良情况进行调查分析,并根据原因提出相应的对策.结果 1410例产妇中发生切口愈合不良52例,夏季发生率高于其他季节,胎膜早破者高于未发生胎膜早破者,贫血以及营养不良者高于营养良好者,阴道检查次数3次以上者高于2次及以下者,合并其他阴道疾病及基础疾病者高于未合并阴道疾病者,切口缝合对合不佳者高于其他产妇,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.经过合理的处理,均取得满意效果.结论 产科会阴侧切伤口愈合不良的原因较多,应引起重视,针对原因进行处理后一般预后较佳.

The analysis of causes and preventive measures for obstetric episiotomy with poor wound healing

Objective To investigate the causes and preventive measures for obstetric episiotomy with poor wound healing. Methods 1410 cases of maternal mothers from January 2007 to January 2011 for the production with episiotomy in the hospital were chosen as the research object. The situation of poor wound healing were analyzed and put forward correspondbased on the reasons. Results The poor wound healing occurred in 52 cases in the 1210 cases of maternal mothers. The incidence in summer was higher than other seasons. The premature rupture of membranes premature rupture of membranes were higher than those who did not occur. The malnourished was higher than well - nourished persons. The vaginal examination for more than 3 times was higher than 2 times and below. Combined with other vaginal diseases and underlying diseases than in those without combined vaginal diseases. The incision and suture in poor were higher than other mothers（ P 〈 0. 05）. There was significantly different. They all get satisfactory effect after a reasonable treatment. Conclusion There are many causes for obstetric episiotomy with poor wound healing. The causes should be taken more attention. Taking the general prognosis after treatment for the reasons is better.
