腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢成熟畸胎瘤的疗效观察

目的 探讨腹腔镜治疗成熟畸胎瘤的临床疗效及安全性.方法 将100例成熟畸胎瘤患者纳入研究,按入院先后顺序,随机分为观察组与对照组（每组各50例）,观察组给予腹腔镜下畸胎瘤剥除术,对照组给予开腹畸胎瘤剥除术,比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术中囊肿破裂几率、肛门排气时间、住院时间等各项临床指标.结果 观察组的术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间均低于开腹组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而两组手术时间、术中囊肿破裂几率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论 腹腔镜手术治疗成熟畸胎瘤优于开腹手术,具有创伤小、术中出血少、术后恢复快等优点,是一种较为理想的手术方法,值得推广.

Clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in treatment of mature teratoma

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in treatment of mature teratoma. Methods 100 patients with mature teratoma were included in the study. According to admission order,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group （ n = 50 ）. Observation group was given teratoma laparoscopic cystectomy, while the control group was given the line abdominal teratoma cystectomy. All clinical indicators were compared, including operative time,blood loss,intraoperative cyst rupture risk, anal exhaust time, hospital stay. Results Surgical blood loss, postoperative discharge time, postoperative morbidity and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）; the difference of the operative time and the chance of intraoperative cyst rupture between the two groups was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is superior to open surgery in treatment of mature teratoma, with trauma, less bleeding, rapid postoperative recovery, etc, is an ideal surgical approach and should be promoted.
