护理干预对脑梗死合并糖尿病患者的预后分析

目的探讨护理干预对脑梗死合并糖尿病患者生存质量的影响。方法将210例脑梗死合并糖尿病患者随机分成干预组和对照组各105例，对照组给予常规护理，干预组在此基础上给予全面的护理干预，了解患者的生存质量的改善情况，并将干预组和对照组的生存质量改善情况作对比。结果干预组的生存质量明显优于对照组（P〈0．001）。结论加强对脑梗死合并糖尿病患者护理干预，可有效地提高患者的治疗效果，改善预后状况，对预防脑梗死的复发起着积极的作用，对减少患者致残率起着重要作用，有效提高了患者的生存质量。

Influence of nursing intervention on life quality with cerebral infarction with diabetes complicated

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on the life quality with cerebral infarction with Diabetes complicated. Methods 210 cerebral infarction with Diabetes complicated patients are participated and divided irate intervention group（ n = 105）and control group（ n = 105 ）at random. Routine nursing care was given in control group, otherwise comprehensive intervention nursing care was applied to patients in the intervention group on the basis of routine nursing care. And to compare the improvement of life quality in two groups. Results The life quality of intervention group are better than control group （ P 〈 O. 001 ）. Conclusion Through strengthen the nursing intervention on cerebral infarction with Diabetes complicated patients, to increase the therapeutic effect of patients, decrease recurrence and disability, improve prognosis, improve life quality.
