急性特发性面神经麻痹的早期康复护理的临床观察

目的观察早期康复护理对急性特发性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法将63例急性脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分成康复护理组和临床护理组（对照组）两组，康复护理组予神经内科常规治疗，为患者制订康复护理计划，进行早期康复护理；对照组给予神经内科常规治疗和一般临床护理，治疗前后定期对患者进行神经功能缺损评定，神经功能缺损评定采用改良portmann简易评分法，以治疗第14天分值的改变作为主要疗效判断标准。结果康复护理组痊愈率、总有效率与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论早期康复护理能有效改善急性特发性面神经麻痹的预后。

Clinical observation of Early rehabilitation care for the treatment of acute idiopathic facial palsy

Objective To investigate effective early rehabilitation care for treating the acute idiopathic facial palsy. Methods We Performed a randomized controlled study on Patients. 63 Patients were allocated to rehabilitation care group （ n = 32 ） or the controll group （ n = 31 ） randomly. Before and after treatment, we assessed the neurological deficits using Portmann Scale. Clinical efficacy was evaluated according to changes of scores at the 14th day. Results At the 14th day Portmann Scale were evaluted. There was a siginifieant difference of Portmann Scale scores between rehabilitation care group and the controll group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation care could improve the neurological function impairment of acute facial palsy.
