摘    要:目的观察锁定钢板内固定配合中药治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析研究21例锁定钢板内固定配合中药治疗的肱骨近端骨折,肱骨近端骨折按Neer分型:二部分骨折6例,三部分骨折13例,四部分骨折2例,中药采用三期辨证内服。结果本组21例获随访,时间11~23个月,平均14.5个月,手术时间70~180min,平均120min。21例骨折均愈合,根据HSS肩关节评分系统:优良率为85.7%。结论锁定钢板内固定具有固定牢靠,操作简单,微创,并发症少,骨折愈合率高等特点,是目前肱骨近端骨折特别是伴骨质疏松患者的首选方法,配合中药治疗更能减轻功能锻炼时的疼痛,减少并发症的发生,加快骨折愈合时间。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical effect of locking steel plate fixation combine with TCM in treatment of proximal humerus fracture. Methods The clinical data of locking steel plate fixation combine with TCM were reviewed retrospectively in 21 patients with proximal humerus fracture, according to the Neer standar : including 6 cases of 2 PART fracture, 13 cases of 3 PART fracture ,2 cases of 4 PART fracture. TCM treatment was based on differentiation of symptoms and signs. Results 21 cases were followed up, the postoperation follow - up time was 11 - 23 months. The average time was 14.5 months, the operation time was 70 - 180 mins, the average time was 120 mins. Conclusion The method of locking steel plate fixation has many advantages, such as simple, steady, minimally invasive, few postoperative complications, etc. it is the preferred method for fracture patients with osteoporosis. Combine with traditional Chinese medicine, it could relieve the pain of functional exercise,reduce the occurrence rate of complications and accelerate fracture healing times.
