| 摘 要： | 应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对40例术前服用5～30mg/d 他巴唑(MMI)及不同服药法的Graves 病患者的(GD)甲状腺 MMI 浓度进行测定,发现 MMI 5～15mg/d,甲状腺 MMI 浓度随剂量增加而增加,但当剂量>15mg/d 时,甲状腺 MMI 浓度不再显著增加。每日剂量相同顿服与分服其甲状腺MMI 浓度相同,甲状腺 MMI 浓度可维持26h 以上。结果提示甲状腺对 MMI 的摄取存在饱和现象,MMI 15mg/d 是治疗 Graves 病理想的剂量,每日1次顿服的疗法是合理、有效的。

| Abstract: | Intrathyroidal content of methimazole(MMI)were measured by means of HPLC method in 40 Graves'disease patients treated with different doses and administrative modes before operation. Intrathyroidal content increased with increasing doses,when beyond 15mg/d no significant.Administra- tive method and final administrative time(2 or 26 h)did not present clear effect the intrathyroidal con- centrations.This results implied that there exist a saturable MMI uptake mechanism.15mg/d is optimal for treatment of Graves'disease,meanwhile final dose should be maintained a prolapsed time,so single dose is also correct. |
