| 摘 要： | 目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定尼莫地平眼膏含量的方法。方法流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水（27：43：30），流速为1、0mL／min。检测波长为237nm。结果尼莫地平质量浓度在2—80μg／mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，回收率试验结果满意，重现性和耐用性好。结论该方法简便、准确、可靠，适用于尼莫地平眼膏的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of nimodipine in nimodipine eye ointment. Methods The mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-water（27：43： 30）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The wavelength of detection was 237 nm. Results In this condition there was a good linear relationship over the concentration range of 2- 80 μg/mL for nimodipine. The average recovery rate was 100. 29%. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate. It can be applied to the determination of nimodipine eye ointment. |
