| 摘 要： | 目的评价包皮环切加电灼治疗难治性尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法采用包皮环切加电灼治疗尖锐湿疣患者110例。结果1年后复发2例(1.8%),治愈率为98.2%,复发率为1.8%。结论包皮环切加电灼是治疗难治性尖锐湿疣的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the treatment efficacy of circumcision and electrofulguration in patients with condyloma acuminatum.Methods 110 male patients with condyloma acuminatum were treated by circumcision and electrofulguration.Results After 12 months follow-up,its cure rate and recurrence rate were 98.2% and 1.8%,respectively.Conclusion Circumcision and electrofulguration is an effective method to treat male condyloma acuminatum. |
