| 摘 要： | 目的分析剖宫产患者切口感染发生的原因，探讨防范和减少手术切口感染的有效措施。方法回顾性调查剖宫产切口感染发生率及与感染相关的原因。结果1450例剖宫产切口感染发生率为3．31％（48／1450），手术时间长，滞产及胎膜早破、阴道检查过频、肥胖、未预防性应用抗生素等是引起切口感染的主要原因。结论采取有效的预防措施后，可显著降低剖宫产术后的切口感染率。
