| 摘 要： | 目的：探索对老年脑血管病患者异常心理的护理措施。方法：将123例脑血管管病中老年随机分为观察组及对照组。观察组62例，在给予常规治疗及护理的同时，加强对其异常心理的观察及分析，并及时给予心理指导与护理干预；对照组61例，只给予常规治疗及护理。结果：观察组的异常心理较对照组有明显的改善，住院日明显缩短。结论：护理干预和心理指导是解除老年脑血管病患者心理障碍的重要环节。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore nursing measures on abnormal psychology in senile cerebrovascular disease patients. Methods: 123 case of senile cerebrovascular disease patients were randomly divided into the observation group(62 cases) and the control group(61 cases). In the observation group, routine treatment and nursing were given, meanwhile observation and analysis were strengthened on their abnormal psychology, as well as psychological guidance and nursing intervention, while in the control group, only routine treatment and nursing were given. Results: Abnormal psychology obviously improved and hospitalization days obviously shortened in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion: Nursing intervention and psychological guidance are important measures in removing psychological disorders among senile cerebrovascular disease patients. |
