| 摘 要： | 目的:评价颈椎间盘置换治疗颈椎病的早期临床效果.方法:2006年2月～2007年12月采用颈椎间盘置换方法治疗颈椎病9例,平均随访14个月.回顾性分析临床症状和神经功能的改善情况,影像学评价病变节段活动度及上位椎间盘高度的变化.结果:9例术后临床症状均得到明显的改善,VAS评分较术前平均降低3.7分,JOA评分平均提高5.2分,颈椎屈伸侧位X线片显示病变节段活动度由术前的平均1.3°到术后最近一次随访时的1.9°,上位椎间盘高度由术前的平均6.30 mm至术后最近一次随访时的6.25 mm.9例均未发生任何近期并发症.结论:颈椎间盘置换治疗颈椎病可以保留病变节段的活动度,预防或减慢邻近节段的退变.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate clinical effects of artificial disc prosthesis in the treatment of CSM.Methods:From February 2006 to December 2007,9 cases of CSM were treated with artificial disc replacement.The average time of follow up was 14 months.The improvement of clinical symptoms,and neural function were retrospectively analyzed.In addition,the segmental motion of replaced disc space,the change of the height of superior disc space were measured.Results:The clinical symptoms of the 9 patients were all relieved... |
