| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定心肝宝胶囊中腺苷含量的方法。方法采用ODS C18色谱柱,甲醇-0.05mol.L-1磷酸氢二钠溶液（17∶83）为流动相,流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为260nm,柱温30℃。结果腺苷在0.0896~0.2688μg（r=0.9999）范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率（n=6）为97.6%。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于心肝宝胶囊中腺苷的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective A HPLC method was established for the determination of adenosine in Xinganbao Capsules. Methods The ODS C18 column was used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.05mol · L^-1 Na2HPO4 （17 ： 83 ）, the flow rate was 1.0mL · min^-1, the detection wavelength was 260nm. The column temperature was maintained at 30℃. Results The linear range for adenosine were 0. 0896-0. 2688μg（r= 0. 9999）, and the average recovery （n=6） was 97.6%. Conclusions The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for the content of Adenosine in Xinganbao Capsules. |
