开颅手术对高血压急性脑出血患者血浆心钠素水平的影响

采用放射免疫法测定３２例正常人及３２例手术和非手术高血压急性脑出血（ＨＡＣＨ）患者血浆心钠素（ＡＮＰ）含量。结果：ＨＡＣＨ患者发病后入院当天血浆ＡＮＰ含量显著高于对照组；手术患者术前与术后１，３及７天血浆ＡＮＰ含量比较差异分别为无显著性（ｒ＞０．０５）、有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）及非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）；手术组患者术后与非手术组患者１，３及７天血浆ＡＮＰ含量同步比较差异分别为无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）、有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）及非常显著（ｐ＜０．０１）；死亡患者入院当天血浆ＡＮＦ含量高于存活组且显著高于对照组。研究结果提示：动态测定血浆ＡＮＰ含量，可以作为观察ＨＡＣＨ病情发展变化的一项指标，同时对判断ＨＡＣＨ的预后亦有一定临床意义。

Effects of skull surgery on plasma concentrations ofatrial natriuretic peptide in patients with acute cerebral bleeding due to hypertension

plasma concentrations of atrial natriureticpeptide (ANP)were detrmined in 32 patients withacute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(AHCH)who underwent surgical and nonsurgicaltreatments.P1asma concentrations of ANP weresignificantly higher in the patients with AH C H thanin the normal controls on the day of admission to thehospital;preoperative concentrations of plasma ANPwere indifferent(P>0.05).different(P<0.05)andsignificantly different(P<0.01)respectively as com-pared to those 1 day, 3 and 7 days after operation;concentrations of plasma ANP in the surgical groupwere found to be indifferent(P>0.05), different(P< 0.05) and significantly different(P<0.01)respectively as simultaneously com pared to those inthe nonsurgical group; concentrations of plasmaAN P on the day of admission in the patients whodied were higher than those in the survivors,andsignificantly higher than those in the controls,It issuggested that dynamic determination of the concen-trations of plasma ANP can be used as an indicatorfor the observation of the evolution of AHCH . andhthe meantime, can be of certain clinical signifi-cance.
