静脉滴注氯化钾与门冬氨酸钾镁对血钾浓度影响的比较

摘    要:测定3组低钾低镁动物(家兔)模型分别静脉滴注含钾浓度相同的氯化钾、氯化钾加硫酸镁和门冬氨酸钾镁后60min和120min的血钾和血镁浓度。结果:氯化钾组的血钾浓度上升最明显(静滴60min时比静滴前增加0.7mmol/L,120min又较60min时增加0.3mmol/L);门冬氨酸钾镁组的血钾浓度上升较少(静滴60min时比静滴前仅增加0.4mmol/L,120min时比60min时增加0.2mmol/L);氯化钾加硫酸镁组的血钾浓度变化介于上述两组之间。3组同期血镁浓度测定结果与血钾浓度有相反的变化趋势,血钾浓度高者血镁浓度较低,反之亦然。

Abstract:Three groups of animal models(Rabbits)re-ceived intravenous drip of potassium chloride(group1),potassium chloride plus magnesium sulfate(group 2) and potassium-magnesium aspartate(group3)respectively with potassium concentrationbeing the same in each of the potassium-containingsolutions.Serum potassium was most significantly in-creased in group 1(increased by 0.7mmol/L60minutes after intravenous drip as compared withthe potassium level before intravenous drip,and0.3mmol/L120 minutes after intravenous drip incomparison with the potassium level 60 minutes afterintravenous drip); increase of serurm potassium lessthan that in group 1 was seen in group 3(increase byonly 0. 4mmol/L60 minutes after intravenous dripas compared with the Dotassium level before inmtravenous drip,and 0.2mmol/L120 minutes afterintravenous drip in comparison with the potassiumlevel 60 minutes after intravenous drip);the changesof potassium potassium concentration in group2were between group 1 and group 3.The changes of se-rum potassium at1d magnesium analyzed simul-taneously in the three groups appeared to be in thereverse direction,namely,the higher the serumpotassium,the lower the serum magnesium,and the vice versa.
