摘    要:目的:通过对内蒙古地区新发现的HIV感染者首次CD4+T淋巴细胞进行检测分析,了解其免疫状况及疾病进展情况。方法:采用流式细胞术对采集的全血样本进行CD4+T淋巴细胞绝对值检测,统计分析其测定值。结果:能随访到的182例HIV感染者CD4+T淋巴细胞绝对值的均值为(459.85±240.21)个/μl。不同年龄组HIV感染者间CD4+T淋巴细胞绝对值差异具有统计学意义(F=9.509,P=0.0001**<0.05),且随年龄增长CD4+T淋巴细胞绝对值具有下降趋势。结论:内蒙古新发现HIV感染者中1/3已进入艾滋病期,需要监测疾病进程并及时对其进行抗病毒治疗。加强宣传,早发现、早干预、早管理,以提高HIV感染者的生存质量。

Abstract:Objective:To understand the immune status and disease progression of HIV infection in Inner Mongolia through detection and analysis of CD4+T lymphocytes for the first time.Methods: Flow cytometry was used on whole blood samples for the detection of CD4+T lymphocytes absolute value,and the measured values were analyzed by statistics.Results: The CD4+T lymphocytes mean of 182 cases with HIV infection were 459.85±240.21/μl.The difference of CD4+ T lymphocytes absolute value had statistical difference among HIV-infected patients in different age groups(F=9.509,P=0.0001**<0.05),and with age increasing,the CD4+T lymphocytes absolute value hold a downward trend.Conclusion: One third of the new-found HIV-infected cases has entered the period of AIDS,need to monitor the disease progress and accept antiviral therapy.Propaganda of HIV-related knowledge,early diagnosis,early intervention and early management should be strengthened to improve the survival quality of HIV-infected patients.
