| 摘 要： | 目的了解歙县肺结核流行特征,分析病例登记及治疗情况,为结核病控制可持续发展提供技术依据。方法对歙县2003～2008年报告的肺结核病例和县结核病专科门诊登记治疗病人情况进行分析。结果歙县肺结核平均患病率110.5/10万。农民占73.7%,男女比例1∶0.34;患病率随年龄的增大而升高,35岁以上人群上升明显。6年间县结核病专科门诊共接诊4 004人,确诊活动性肺结核病人1 728人,登记率58.2/10万,其中新发涂阳登记率37/10万。医疗机构转诊到位率49.1%,检出率58.6%;明显高于病人因症就诊32.7%（2χ=260,P〈0.005）。活动性肺结核病人治疗成功率87.8%,涂阳病人治愈率87.6%。其中新发涂阳病人治愈率90.1%高于复治涂阳病人治愈率73.5%（2χ=42.5,P〈0.005）。结论应用现代结核病控制策略（DOTS）,促进了歙县结核病防治工作。今后工作重点应放在提高转诊到位率和复治涂阳病人治愈率。
