| 摘 要： | 目的观察鼻渊舒口服液临床治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎疗效.方法儿童慢性窦炎220例,随机分为对照组与治疗组(鼻渊舒组)进行研究.结果治疗组(鼻渊舒组)症状及体征的改善情况与对照组相比差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05),在治疗过程中无不良反应.结论鼻渊舒口服液是治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的一种理想制剂.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Nasosinusitis Relieving Oral Liquid(NROL) on chronic sinusitis among children cases.Methods Two hundred and twenty children cases with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into two groups,with the cases in treating group(TG) treated by NROL plus amocillin-clavulanate and 0.5% ephedrine and those in controlling one(CG) treated only by amocillin-clavulanate plus 0.5% ephedrine.Results The improving rate of symptoms and physical signs in TG was significantly superior to that of CG,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).This medicinal therapy was used in this group of cases with no side-effects.Conclusion Nasosinusitis Relieving Oral Liquid is effective for the treatment of chronic sinusitis in children cases. |
