综合评价方法在社区卫生服务中应用

目的 探讨社区卫生服务综合评价方法和模型,为社区卫生服务综合评价提供借鉴。方法 以湖北省12个行政区为评价对象,采用加权累加综合评分法、秩和比法和Topsis法对各地社区卫生服务绩效进行综合评价并对结果进行组合。结果 3种综合评价方法的评价结果存在不同程度的差异,但结果具有一致性。组合评价结果更加稳定、合理,4种组合评价结果具有较好的一致性。结论 不同方法得出的评价结果基本接近,能够比较真实地反映评价对象的社区卫生服务绩效,在条件允许的前提下,对综合评价结果最好能加以适当的组合,以使评价结果更加稳定、合理。

Applicatilon of synthetical evaluation methods in community health service assessment

Objective To explore the methods and models of synthetical evaluation for community health services(CHS) and provide some methodo logical advice for CHS evaluation.Methods the objects of performance assessment were 12 administrative districts in Hubei province,the methods included accumulative synthetical scoring,RSR method and Topsis method,and the results of synthetical evaluation were combined.Results there exist some differences among three synthetical evaluation outcomes,but the results had consistency.After combination,the results were more stable and reaso nable,and the results of four combination methods had consistency.Conclusion the results from different evaluation methods are similar and could truly reflect the practical situation of community health service performance.It's better to combine the results of synthetical evaluation appropriately to make the result more stable and reasonable.
