恩格菲联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液

目的观察恩格菲联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法98例恶性胸腔积液患者,先进行胸腔穿刺置管和闭式引流胸水,再注入药物。98例患者随机分成A组(50例)恩格菲加顺铂,B组(48例)单用顺铂。恩格菲每次注入20m l,顺铂每次注入40~60mg,每周注射1次,连续3周。结果A组有效率94%,B组有效率56.3%,两组有显著差异(P<0.05)。A组的胃肠反应及骨髓抑制明显低于B组。结论恩格菲联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效好,毒性小。

The treatment of ENGEFEI combined with cisplatin for malignant pleural effusion

Objective To observe the recent efficacy,toxicity and side effects of ENGEFEI combined with cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.Methods 98 patients with malignant pleural effusion were taken pleuracentesis and thoracic close drainage,then enrolled into two groups randomly.A group had 50 patients were perfused with ENGEFEI 20ml and cisplatin 40~60mg into pleural every week and continued three times;B group had 48 patients were perfused with cisplatin 40~60mg into pleural every week and continued three times.Results The efficacy rate of A group was 94% and B group was 56.3%,showing significant difference(P<0.05).The occurrence rate of bone marrow suppressed and functional disturbance of gastrointestinal tract of A group was lower than the B group.Conclusion The treatment of ENGEFEI combined with cisplatin for malignant pleural effusion had higher efficacy and lower toxic effect.
