| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中鼻甲异常引起头痛的临床特点, 以提高对本病的诊治水平。方法：回顾分析28例中鼻甲异常引起头痛的临床资料。结果：28例病变均通过鼻内镜、鼻窦CT确诊，采用中鼻甲部分切除术，21例头痛消失，5例头痛缓解，3例无改善。结论：中鼻甲部分切除术是治疗中鼻甲异常引起头痛的一种很好的方法。

| Abstract: | To discuss the clinical characteristics of the headache induced by abnormal middle turbinate ,and therefore to improve the treatment level. Methods: The clinical data of 28 patients with headache resulted from abnormal middle turbinate were retrospectively reviewed. Results: They were confirmed by nasal endoscopic or sinus CT scanning and treated by partial middle turbinectomy. Conclusion: Partial middle turbinectomy is effective in treating headache resulted from abnormal middle turbinate. |
