| 摘 要： | 目的:对改良性带蒂结膜瓣移植治疗翼状胬肉的有效性进行观察。方法:复发性翼状胬肉患者35例35眼,施行改良性带蒂结膜瓣移植手术治疗翼状胬肉,术后随访6mo～1a,观察疗效及复发情况。结果:35眼复发性翼状胬肉,2眼(6%)复发。讨论:改良性带蒂结膜瓣移植手术治疗翼状胬肉,手术方便,复发率低,疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | AIM:To observe the validity of meliorative pedicled conjunctival flap transplantation for the treatment of pterygium. ·METHODS: Thirty-five patients (35 eyes) with recurrent pterygium were treated by transplanting meliorative pedicled conjunctival flap. After 6 months to 1 year post-operative follow-up,the curative effect and recurrence were observed. ·RESULTS: Among 35 eyes with recurrent pterygium,2 eyes(6%) recurred.·CONCLUSION: Through the operation of transplanting meliorative pedicled conjunctival flap,pterygium can be treated conveniently with a low recurrence rate and a reliable curative effect. |
